The old system ran a company’s warehouse for over a decade: articles, movements in and out, clients, suppliers, and roles everyone knew by heart. It could not be replaced in one go, and it could not be left alone.

So the database and the roles stayed exactly as they were, and the application was rebuilt around them. The operator screen scans a barcode with the phone camera, confirms the article, books the movement, and undoes a mistake in one tap. Inventory, bookings with a calendar and the admin screens follow.

No screenshots here: it runs on live company data. If you have an old system that still works but nobody dares touch, this is a way forward.
