Lab reports end up everywhere: paper in a folder, PDFs in email, photos on the phone. Tacuinum puts them in one place.

The app

Point the camera at a report or open the PDF. The app reads each result, its unit and the range the lab printed, and you confirm every number before it goes into your history. From then on each test has its chart, and blood tests, visits and documents sit on one timeline.

It records and shows. It never interprets, and it never gives advice.

The build

Native Swift and SwiftUI, one app for iPhone and iPad. Text recognition runs on the device with Apple’s Vision framework, and the data lives on the phone. No account, no server: nothing leaves the device unless you export it. Every screen is in Italian and English, and tested in both.
