Small companies run on phone calls, paper and spreadsheets. Off-the-shelf software makes them change how they work, and the big suites cost more than the problem. This is the third option: a tool built around how the company already works.
Three companies, one office, technicians on the road. The office plans jobs and assigns people. Technicians see their day on the phone and have the client sign the delivery note on screen. Maintenance visits are checklists with photos and an automatic report. Quotes use the company’s own price list and rules. Each role sees exactly what it needs.
